BRAWN™
Engineered Fiber Panels (EFP)
For Cargo Trailers
The BRAWN EFP Panel offers multiple advantages to cargo trailer manufacturers seeking consistency, quality, and overall appearance.
Cargo trailers have limited options for interior wall panels. We now have a panel that brings a new appearance to the inside of your trailer. Available in various lengths, when sanded, our engineered panels afford the thickness tolerance required of components in the most precise applications.
The BRAWN EFP is manufactured with additional resins and wood to deliver extra strength and rigidity where needed, changing the look of your trailer from industrial to striking.
Manufactured in the USA, it is tariff-free and consistently available at attractive pricing. All products are CARB (California Air Resources Board) exempt and free of any urea-formaldehyde resins.

BRAWN™
Laminated Panels & Gypsum Boards
For Manufactured Homes
Our prefabricated Laminated Wall Panels make wall construction faster, lighter, stronger, and more uniform than traditional stick-built walls.
Our wall panel combines multiple layers, including core structural and exterior, that are securely bonded with industrial adhesives to form a single integrated panel.
Each panel is built off-site under controlled conditions, improving quality and reducing on-site labor. Each panel is identical in size, shape, and quality, leading to more uniform construction. Built-in insulation and sealed bonding help improve energy efficiency and sound reduction. Since each panel comes pre-finished, walls can go up much faster. Our panels enable OEMs to combine multiple construction steps into one product, leading to cost-effective, consistent, and energy-efficient homes.
Gypsum boards, with their many key properties, including fire and sound resistance, durability, and repairability, combined with their aesthetic finish, help OEMs create smooth, paintable, or wallpaper-ready surfaces for the inside of the home, including walls and ceilings.

BRAWN™
Plated Window & Door Kits
For Manufactured Homes
Manufactured in a controlled environment, these kits allow for quicker construction timelines and enable better pre-coordination of openings, mechanicals, and other details ahead of time, which leads to a smoother, more efficient framing process in the field.
- With a skilled workforce being one of the biggest challenges in the framing industry, wall panels provide a solution that counters this problem.
- Helps to lower overhead costs, and shorter schedules, resulting in lower overall construction costs for builders.
- Reduces service issues related to cracking around doors and windows.
